Laura advises clients on issues related to corporate management and shareholder relationships, drafts articles of association and shareholder agreements according to the interests of the shareholders, as well as sales agreements for shares and assets. She also advises clients on restructuring, raising capital, developing employee motivation packages and option programs, and general business law matters.

In 2022, the prestigious international rating agency, The Legal 500, recognised Laura Raadik as a Rising Star in the field of business law in Estonia.

In addition to her daily client work, Laura teaches courses in contract law and the general part of the law of obligations at the University of Tartu.

Laura graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. During her studies, Laura improved her knowledge at the University of Vienna in Austria and at the University of Mannheim in Germany. During her studies abroad, Laura focused mainly on international trade law, arbitration, and the legal framework for e-commerce. Laura has also taken part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Estonian Moot Court Competition, where she won the award for the best memorandum with her team.

Before joining NOVE, Laura practiced in several Estonian law firms and completed an internship at the Civil Chamber of the Estonian Supreme Court.
