NOVE advised Sunly, one of the leaders of the Estonian renewable energy market, on the construction of solar park with capacity of 45 MW

Attorneys-at-law Kristjan Tamm and Veiko Vaske supported the client in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts with contractors Smartecon and Connecto and in the preparation of the construction owner supervision contract. The assignment was made interesting by the opportunity to participate in the construction of one of the largest solar power plants in Estonia and by the specifics of the project, which required the best safeguarding of the client’s interests in relations with several contractors.
